REPAIR AND CLAIM POLICY
Items with manufacturing fault will be replaced within 30 days of purchase on provision of original receipt. Company head office will decide within 48 working hours whether goods will be replaced or repaired.
Brooches, Ornaments, Buckles, Stones and Embroidery are delicate and fragile – Must be treated with utmost care. There is no repair or claim if these delicate objects are damaged.
A free of cost repair service can be provided to our valuable customers, if buckle, brooch, or ornament is provided by the customer.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Exchange and Refund will be acceptable within 10 days of purchase.
Any product except bags, jewellery and accessories that is unused can be exchanged or returned on provision of original receipt and tags.
Products purchased on discount will not be exchanged or returned.
Company will not be responsible for exchange or refund if product care instructions are not followed.
